Cari is responsible for overseeing financial statements, budgets, and profit and loss reports, with a sharp focus on optimizing net operating income (NOI). She provides clear financial forecasts and comprehensive reporting to property owners and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment. Additionally, Cari collaborates with the accounting department, bringing her strong financial acumen and attention to detail to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Beyond her role as an Asset Manager, Cari is also the co-owner of JK O’Donnell’s, where she manages the restaurant’s accounting and daily operations. Her hands-on experience as both a commercial and residential property owner further strengthens her insight into property management and investment strategy.

Cari and her husband are the proud parents of a daughter and two sons, whose activities keep them on the go. Their lively household also includes three dogs, adding even more joy and energy to their family life.
