With over 21 years in commercial real estate, Brian Bean leads NAI Hanning & Bean as Managing Director, overseeing brokerage, property management, accounting, and marketing operations. His role is about more than running a company—it's about making sure both our business and our clients' investments grow stronger, smarter, and more successful over time.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions and has worked with a wide range of clients—from Fortune 500 companies and REITs to national retailers, regional investors, and local tenants. He currently oversees the management of more than 7.3 million square feet of commercial property and guides leasing efforts across nearly 2 million square feet. He makes sure we have the right teams, tools, and strategies in place so our brokerage and management professionals can deliver real results.
